Measuring principle:
The measurement principle of the oximeter is based on the absorption spectral characteristics of reduced hemoglobin (Hb) and oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO2) in red light and near red light. Its working principle is to use photoelectric blood oxygen detection technology combined with volumetric pulse mapping technology, with two beams of light without wavelength irradiation of the human finger and the photosensitive component to obtain the measurement signal, the obtained information after processing to analyze the blood oxygen saturation value.
Variablity (HRV) can also be tested with a oximeter. It reflects the irregularity of the heartbeat, if the heartbeat is very regular, then the HRV will be relatively high; if the heartbeat interval is relatively large, your HRV will be relatively low.
